DIHO Consulting USA, LLC. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG welding to join our fabrication team, producing architectural railing systems and components for commercial projects.

The ideal candidate reads shop drawings and works with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, delivering clean, accurate welds and assemblies for high-visibility applications. This fast-paced shop requires precision, safety, and teamwork to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Welder/Fabricator, preferably in architectural or custom metal fabrication.
• Strong TIG welding skills; stainless steel experience highly preferred.
• Experience with aluminum and carbon steel is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural shop and fabrication drawings.
• Strong fitting, measuring, cutting, grinding, and assembly skills.
• Ability to produce clean welds for high-visibility architectural applications.
• Experience with common fabrication equipment, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Experience with architectural railings, decorative metals, or glass railing systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and fabrication of architectural railing systems and components.
• Fabricate handrails, guardrails, posts, frames, brackets, and other metal components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, weld, grind, and assemble components according to drawings.
• Produce clean, consistent welds for exposed architectural applications.
• Operate saws, grinders, drills, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, angles, and overall fit before final welding.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and conformance with project requirements.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with other fabricators, finishers, and shop personnel to meet production schedules.
