Job summary

The Bexar Company, a multidisciplinary design firm, seeks a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join the team in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA. You will collaborate with architects and designers to turn concepts into compelling visualizations.

You will produce high-quality renderings, flythroughs, and 360° tours, develop models, lighting, and materials, and use SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in 3D design or architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio of architectural and/or interior renderings.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with Enscape and/or D5 Render.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Premiere Pro and InDesign preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural spaces, materials, scale, and composition.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and designers; strong visual communication.
• Interest in learning new visualization and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, flythroughs, and 360° virtual tours for architectural and interior design projects.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into engaging visual presentations.
• Develop and refine 3D models, materials, lighting, and environments for realistic architectural visualization.
• Create renderings and visual content using SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, and Photoshop.
• Edit and produce video presentations and animations using Premiere Pro.
• Support presentation development and other visual communication needs throughout the design process.
• Stay current with emerging 3D visualization, rendering, and AI technologies to improve quality and workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple visualization requests while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
