Job summary

QTS is seeking a skilled 3D Designer to lead in-house modeling for marketing and design teams, creating 3D models, textures, and environments of architectural buildings and customer solutions. You will integrate renders with photography and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Design to tell compelling visual stories.

Qualifications

• BFA in industrial design, architectural design, exhibit design, interior or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Proficiency in Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion, 3DS Max, Blender and Varth is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of visualization and rendering mission and build a strategy for creating impactful assets.
• Develop architectural renderings for projects in various design stages.
• Ensure presentations communicate design solutions in 3D, visualization, and rendered output.
• Rapid ideation via sketches and reference imagery, and develop design models.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate with graphic applications.
• Work with writers and video producers to deliver holistic creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and balance timelines.
• Present ideas clearly to internal and external clients.
• Oversee asset handoff to other media channels as appropriate.
