DLR Group is seeking an experienced Architect to support project work in our Workplace sector. This role can be based in multiple U.S. cities and involves leading day-to-day design and technical development, coordinating documentation, and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and BIM Manager to deliver high-quality documents, lead cross-disciplinary design teams, and contribute to client presentations and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required; graduate degree not required unless licensure dictates.
• Minimum of six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional licensure required; LEED AP and other certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Ability to communicate clearly, multitask, and maintain design quality.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative and technically sound design solutions while upholding design excellence.
• Coordinate project drawings, specs, and documentation with the team to align with design intent and budget.
• Lead collaboration within project teams, generating innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts to projects, including complex assignments requiring new techniques.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures into deliverables and ensure BIM standards are applied.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and support project managers.
• Meet deliverable deadlines and manage time to keep project schedules.
