Engineering firm looking to add Architect/Project Managers with Commercial/Industrial experience to their team!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Architectural team
2. Develop/manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
3. Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget, scheduling, billing)
4. Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals
5. Build/maintain client relationships
6. Regular client communication
7. Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
8. Other project and construction administration duties as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
2. Master’s in Architecture
3. 8+ years of experience in commercial architecture
4. Experience developing construction documents and specifications for commercial projects (industrial, warehouse, data center, and distribution center)
5. Working knowledge of code, materials, and methods commonly used

Salary is commensurate with experience.
