Engineering firm seeking Architect/Project Managers with Commercial/Industrial experience to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural team
2. Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
3. Manage financial performance of projects (budget, scheduling, billing)
4. Oversee technical completion of projects and coordination with other design professionals
5. Build and maintain client relationships
6. Communicate regularly with clients
7. Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
8. Perform other project and construction administration duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
• Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
• 8+ years of experience in commercial architecture
• Experience developing construction documents and specifications for commercial projects (industrial, warehouse, data center, distribution center)
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, materials, and methods

Salary is commensurate with experience.
