• Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure code compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality control and timely project delivery.

Our two Principals, each with national experience, provide hands‑on leadership and attention to every project.

Position Overview

We have an immediate need for a full‑time Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager to join our team on‑site at our Houston location. This role will be responsible for managing architectural projects, overseeing timelines, coordinating project submittals, and ensuring that project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Project Management.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and MS Office Suite is required; experience with AutoCAD and Twinmotion is plus.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
• Well‑versed in typical building systems and the ability to lead the production of construction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory experience, including guiding and managing project team members to ensure direction, organization, and quality control.
• Strong organizational skills and a self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset to meet deadlines.
• Recent healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of complex architectural projects, including programming, design, presentation drawings, construction documents, specifications, construction administration, project management, and client communications through project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables meet established requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure code compliance.
• Demonstrate strong technical detailing and problem‑solving skills on complex project types.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team and Principals, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
