Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Architect Project Manager to oversee architectural aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2 years of architectural project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and project documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client collaboration.
• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Licensed Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to drive successful project execution. This position is not an office position. It requires travel to west and northwest Alabama job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
