Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect in IN or MI; reciprocal licensure achievable.
• AIA membership preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team to achieve project schedules and budget.
• Collaborates with team to execute project plans and monitor changes in scope.
• Orchestrates QA/QC milestones and project compliance.
• Plans and controls technical costs and reviews financial reports.
• Defines business development opportunities and assists in negotiating contracts.
• May supervise a team of Architects, Designers, and Drafters.
