Abonmarche in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a BIM-Revit Technician to support the preparation of 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. You will work with structural engineers and architects to translate design concepts into accurate BIM models using Revit.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of drafting experience, strong Revit skills, and a solid understanding of architectural and structural systems.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Familiarity with architectural and structural systems and components.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Revit and BIM software to create and maintain 2D drawings and 3D visualizations of building projects for structural engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Gather project requirements and specifications from engineers and architects or other internal team members.
• Update and modify drawings based on new information from team members or at the request of clients.
• Check drawings for accuracy and coordinate revisions with project team.
• Accompany engineers and architects to jobsites when necessary to gather data and take measurements.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure client expectations and requirements are being met.

Job Summary:

The Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit Technician will be responsible for utilizing BIM software, primarily Revit, to prepare drawings for structural engineers and architect’s designs for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
