Qualifications

• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to achieve project schedules and budget.
• Collaborates with team to execute project plans and monitor changes in scope.
• Oversees quality assurance and control milestones and project documentation.
• Plans, monitors, and controls technical costs and project financial reports.
• Defines business development opportunities and assists in contract negotiations.
• May supervise a team of Architects, Designers, and Drafters.
