Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and Michigan PE licensure, with 5+ years of project management in civil projects. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential, with opportunities to contribute across multiple service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and PE license in Michigan.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience with project management responsibility.
• Experience in municipal, roadway, sewers, water, or site design projects preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's project champion and partner to meet goals and schedules.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Set deadlines and track progress; provide status reports.
• Lead kickoff, progress, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with BD to identify opportunities.
• Define team roles, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Monitor budgets and scope of work; review plans and reports.
