Job summary

Klingner & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Architect – Project Manager in Hannibal, MO. You will lead integrated design teams, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and supervise multidisciplinary staff. You will work directly with clients, conduct interviews, and pursue new work while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.

You will guide team members, coordinate with business development, and ensure timely completion of projects to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited university.
• Licensure process is nearly complete or in progress.
• Experience leading architecture/multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape or similar rendering tools and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Maintain owner/client relationships and set expectations.
• Coordinate with marketing and business development teams.
• Prepare and negotiate service agreements and contracts.
• Direct project documentation and quality control across disciplines.
• Provide hands‑on supervision for staff and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with codes and constructability requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
