Event Source in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to design and lead a scalable, disciplined, high‑performing warehouse organization. You will establish systems, leadership structures, process standards, and clear accountability to drive reliable, growth‑oriented performance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Logistics, you will build leadership depth, develop KPIs, and partner with Logistics, Sales, and Finance to align priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or rental operations.
• Strong background in labor planning, process optimization, and operational budget management.
• Proven track record of managing leaders, implementing KPIs, and optimizing multi-shift/7-day operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred (equivalent experience accepted).

Responsibilities

• Structure warehouse operations to support current multi-shift, 7-day needs and future expansion.
• Coach and mentor managers and supervisors to drive accountability and address underperformance.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPIs tracking productivity, labor efficiency, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Audit workflow from return to client-ready inventory to eliminate bottlenecks and wasted touches.
• Establish quality standards and inspection controls that stop defective equipment from reaching clients.
• Build workload-driven staffing models and schedule structures across shifts to control labor costs.
• Formulate annual warehouse improvement goals, space planning, and capital investment recommendations.
• Partner with Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to break down operational silos.
