Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business execution, process improvement, IT, or data analytics.
• Proven track record driving performance through process engineering, data insights, or system enablement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations and how data impacts execution and performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation strategy across the enterprise.
• Partner with BU leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives.
• Drive enterprise data governance, master data management, and data quality.
• Ensure disciplined delivery of cross-functional transformation programs.
• Lead organizational change and capability building to enable adoption.
