ISG in Raleigh, NC is seeking a visionary Architect to join a multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, and project managers. As an employee owner, you will help design experiences, communities, and legacies across diverse projects and geographies, supported by cutting-edge technology and a culture that prizes flexibility, innovation, and growth.

You will work directly with clients through all design phases, mentor the next generation of designers, and travel as needed for site visits,

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 10+ years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
• K-12 experience preferred.
• Strong visual and written communication skills.
• Experience representing ISG in public forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts from napkin sketch to opening.
• Develop budgets, work plans, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress.
• Mentor the next generation of designers and architects.
• Ensure quality control of drawings and specifications.
