Ghafari Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design development and construction documentation. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines, mentor junior staff, and manage in-house construction administration on mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensing exams in progress preferred and NCARB AXP completed preferred.
• LEED and WELL certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and run small to moderate scale projects with some complexity.
• Establish design parameters: code, site restrictions, budget, and schedule restraints.
• Lead project work plan and execute tasks.
• Oversee daily activities of the architectural project team and quality of Construction Documents.
• Produce schematic design through construction documents with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist Project Manager with schedule, budget, and staffing needs.
