Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Two years of Architectural or Civil design experience that includes project management.
• Knowledge of planning, architectural/engineering design, procurement, and construction projects.
• Knowledge of project management, project controls, and contract administration principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements for capital projects at all phases.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, accessibility codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Power BI, CAD and/or BIM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate on project teams as the resident architect reviewing plans and designs for compliance with guidelines, zoning, codes, and constructability.
• Monitor project progress and budgets; identify risks and propose solutions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, scopes of work, and schedules; oversee consultant work.
• Assist in contract administration including bids, changes, and payments.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships inside and outside the organization to support coordination.
