Hobbs+Black Architects in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Architect I to lead technical project delivery and mentor teammates. You will detail designs and produce construction drawings with a project team, applying knowledge of codes, site planning, budgeting, and coordination.

This hybrid role requires five or more years of related experience, a US-licensed or eligible architect, and proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam.

Formación

• Five or more years of architectural experience.
• Architectural license (US preferred).
• Proficient in Revit for producing quality documents.
• Experience with Bluebeam for coordination of team documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads construction documentation and construction administration.
• Performs code reviews.
• Coordinates relationships with consultants.
• Serves as project contact with clients.
• Develops and delivers technical design presentations and architectural models to communicate intent clearly.
• Supports the firm's business development.
• Mentors architectural technicians in their roles.
