Job summary

Hobbs+Black Architects seeks a senior architect to lead detailed construction documents and coordinate with project teams. You will apply strong technical proficiency across building codes, site planning, and design development while guiding clients and project teams.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, Revit proficiency, and effective communication. A hybrid work format is offered, with in-person collaboration several days a week.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of related architectural work experience.
• Experience in Revit to effectively produce quality documents.
• Proficient with Bluebeam to review and coordinate team documentation.
• Proven presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and oversees construction administration and documentation.
• Accountable for accurate code reviews.
• Serves as primary project contact with clients.
• Develops and delivers design presentations and architectural models.
• Participates with the firm’s business development.
• Mentors and leads other architects and technicians.
