Job summary

Galent is seeking a hands-on Google GECX Architect in Charlotte, NC, to lead design and delivery of enterprise contact center AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Vertex AI, and GCP. The role requires deep architecture experience and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

You will own PoCs, drive production deployments, and work in a hybrid environment to enable scalable CCaaS and IVR integrations within Google Cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of architecture/engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills and enterprise delivery background.
• Google Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Google GECX Architect with Google CCAI expertise.
• Deliver enterprise contact center AI solutions and PoCs.
• Lead troubleshooting, deployment, and production rollout.
