Job summary

Cosentino in New Orleans, LA seeks a Commercial and Residential Sales Manager to develop and grow product awareness and drive sales across contract design, commercial, and residential segments. You will engage architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and contractors, coordinating with the sales team to secure specifications and successful project execution.

The role requires 4+ years in building materials or construction sales, with strong stakeholder engagement and business development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience.
• 2+ years of capacity to interact with multiple levels within commercial projects.
• 1+ year of business development.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow Cosentino product awareness and sales to the contract design, commercial, and residential segments.
• Call on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and contractors to increase specifications.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners, and services providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
• Execute sales plans within agreed timelines and manage own sales budget.
• Promote Cosentino products through formal presentations and industry events.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM project data and update sales collateral.
• Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure project execution.
• Commit to continual learning of Cosentino Surfacing Products, applications, and installation processes.
• Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information.
