Job summary

EskewDumezRipple seeks an Architect/Designer with 3-7 years of experience to join our New Orleans studio. You will contribute to a variety of projects across scales, collaborating with project teams while taking increasing ownership of coordination, technical development, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong team member ready to assume greater responsibility, with opportunities to lead smaller projects or significant portions of larger projects based on experience and demonstrated

Qualifications

3+ years of architectural experience.
Professional degree in architecture.
Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

Participate through all project phases from design to construction administration.
Develop and coordinate architectural design, documentation, and technical execution.
Apply building codes, systems, materials, detailing, and regulatory requirements.
Take ownership of assigned portions and drive coordination to completion.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and team members for delivery.
Assume increasing responsibility for larger portions or smaller projects as able.
Support and mentor less experienced team members.
Contribute to EDR's studio culture and commitment to design excellence.
