This role requires proficiency in Revit and a professional degree in architecture. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams, oversee technical documentation, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural experience required, including 3 years as a Project Architect.
• Must have US architectural registration or be pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to completion with high-quality delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project coordination.
• Develop and oversee technical documentation and project specifications.
• Guide technical execution to ensure code compliance and integration.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing coordination, and milestones.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Lead construction administration activities on projects.
• Mentor junior staff through technical guidance and collaboration.
• Represent the firm in professional meetings and presentations.
• Contribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on design excellence.
