EskewDumezRipple in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Architect/Designer with 3–7 years of experience to join our studio. You will contribute to a variety of project types, collaborating within project teams and taking increasing ownership of coordination, technical development, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of architectural experience required.
• Professional degree in architecture.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing license.

Responsibilities

• Participate through all project phases from design to construction administration.
• Develop and coordinate architectural design, documentation, and technical execution with the project team.
• Apply knowledge of building codes, systems, materials, detailing, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned portions of projects and drive coordination to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Contribute to EDR's studio culture and commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and high-performance outcomes.
