Job summary

TVS is seeking a talented and experienced architect or rising architect with 5+ years of experience to join our Tampa office. This role involves performing in a self-directed manner across all design phases, including presentations, schematic design, development, and construction documents, while meeting budgets and schedules.

The candidate should be proficient in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, Rhino, and other 3D tools, with a professional degree in Architecture and licensure pursuit.

Qualifications

• A NAAB-accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, and Rhino.
• Knowledge of materials, construction documentation, and project phases.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work collaboratively.
• Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure.
