Exyte US, Inc. is seeking an Architect to lead architectural work across design and construction phases for complex projects in the US. You will collaborate with project teams, engineering disciplines, clients, and construction personnel to move designs from concept to handover.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and proven experience in architectural design, systems, and documentation. Strong writing and communication skills are essential in coordinating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Relevant professional architectural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience in both design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs, drawings, and specs.
• Take designs from concept through implementation and handover.
• Coordinate requirements with engineering, project teams, clients, and construction teams.
• Review designs for accuracy, constructability, and codes.
• Support site personnel in resolving design/construction issues.
• Prepare and support architectural tender specifications and docs.
• Ensure teams have current approved plans and information.
• Coordinate subcontractor scope and architectural construction activities.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on architectural matters.
• Provide guidance to Architectural Designers and Graduate Architects.
