Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, CA is seeking an executive technology leader to build, lead, and scale SPE's enterprise AI agent ecosystem. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic direction to produce production-ready AI solutions across the business.

You will define the enterprise agent platform strategy, lead a high-performing team, shape architecture, and drive adoption of secure, observable agents with measurable business impact while staying at the forefront of AI

Qualifications

10+ years in software or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
Shipped and operated production AI agents on at least one enterprise agent platform by configuring and extending platform capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of building reusable, maintainable patterns adopted by other teams.

Responsibilities

Own engineering and operations for the agent portfolio: registry, control plane, monitoring, lifecycle and cost.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of agent architects and builders.
Define and report on outcome metrics (adoption, cycle time, cost and impact) for production agents.
Champion agent adoption and change across the business.
Partner with SPE teams on shared capabilities and patterns; manage vendor relationships.
