Job summary

Bradley Architects Inc. is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture, 7+ years of professional practice, and MA licensure or eligibility.

You will work on a range of commercial projects, from office spaces to mixed-use and multifamily developments, collaborating closely with partners and clients. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree & a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in an architecture office.
• MA Architect’s License or the ability to obtain a MA Architect’s License
• Strong knowledge of construction, design, detailing, and building codes in the State of Massachusetts
• Strong AutoCAD experience required. Revit experience desired but not required
• Ability to use documentation and estimating software
• Ability to communicate with Partners and Clients in a positive manner
• Must be able to develop projects through Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Close-out
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

We currently have an immediate opening for an Architect with strong technical and collaborative skills in mainly the commercial project sector. Our projects cover a wide variety of commercial types including Office, Mixed-use, Multifamily, Retail, Restaurant, Academic, Adaptive Re-use, and Housing Authority.

Requirements:

• Architecture degree & a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in an architecture office
• MA Architect’s License or the ability to obtain a MA Architect’s License
