Job summary

Architecture Incorporated in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and delivery from concept through construction. You will mentor rising design talent and shape the future of our growing practice while collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver meaningful spaces.

Reporting to the design leader, you will manage multiple projects, oversee budgets and schedules, and stay current on codes and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Current architectural licensure required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of projects.

  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
