Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Lumion, and Enscape for design and visualization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in aviation, education, municipal, and healthcare sectors preferred.
