10 Design, Coral Gables studio, is seeking an Architect to lead the design development on large-scale residential and hospitality projects. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with consultants to ensure cohesive, codes-compliant design solutions.
Key requirements include a professional architecture degree, 8+ years of experience, and licensure in the jurisdiction. A LEED AP will be a plus; hybrid work model offered.

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Architect to join our Coral Gables studio.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Architect you will be supporting the Design Team in the design and development of project documents and working with team members for large-scale residential & hospitality projects. Additional tasks will have you mentoring junior staff and engage you in further knowledge transfer of design principles, processes, building codes, and methods of construction.
Potential candidates must have strong technical skills with an eye towards design, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to support projects working both individually and in teams.
