Virtusa seeks a senior DevOps engineer to architect and deliver end-to-end CI/CD pipelines. You will implement release strategies, secure artifact management, and automate build and deployment processes across environments.

Collaboration with QA, Dev, and security teams is essential to ensure robust, auditable releases. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, driving DevOps best practices, and integrating Kafka for real-time data streaming.

• 8+ years building CI/CD toolchains with modern platforms.
• Architect end-to-end pipelines using Spinnaker, Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Define release strategies and automation governance across teams.
• Integrate secure artifact management and automated build pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA/Dev/Ops and drive architecture decisions.
• Lead release audits, ensure rollback/traceability, and mentor staff.
• Incorporate Kafka in event-driven microservices and data streaming.
• Troubleshoot complex systems; stay current with DevOps best practices.

8 years of hands-on experience in Spinnaker, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI, Nexus/Artifactory, Kubernetes REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes

Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with modern toolchains Define release strategies and automation governance Integrate secure artifact management and build pipelines Work with QA/dev/ops teams for seamless deployments Lead release audits and optimize for rollback and traceabilityCollaborate with dev, QA, and security teams; drive architecture decisions Mentor team members and contribute to DevOps best practicesIntegrate microservices with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring optimal system performance. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Solid understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS. Experience with Kafka for building event-driven architectures. Strong database skills, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good to have TM Vault core banking knowledge, Strong communication and collaboration skills
