Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a TheArchibus SME to act as a trusted advisor to a federal client, guiding implementation and optimization of the Archibus IWMS across the enterprise.

The role will shape strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices, coordinating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “SECRET” security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEN (10) years of experience implementing Archibus
• Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure

Responsibilities

• Advise the client on Archibus capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.
• Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of Archibus modules.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
• Lead or assist in the configuration of Archibus modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
• Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of Archibus functionalities.
• Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.
• Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• TEN (10) years of experienceimplementingArchibus
• Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working within the Department of State
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Background/experiencein facilities management, real property, and asset management
• AutoCAD experience with creating and editing floorplan drawings
• Experience writing SQL, JavaScript, and Java
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary teamtofacilitatesystemsimplementation
• Experience in presenting communications and/or training relatedtoArchibusfunctionality
• Experience creating User Guides and User Acceptance Testing scripts
