Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Archibus Implementation Lead to join a global IT systems rollout for the Department of State. You will manage the end-to-end Archibus Space Management module deployment, ensuring milestones are met and requirements are clearly defined while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a federal DoD SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project or software implementation leadership, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD or Revit for floorplans.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Federal or DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading technical projects or software implementations.
• Hands-on AutoCAD or Revit floorplan development.
• Ability to translate BIM/CAD needs for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Archibus Space Management module implementation, aligning milestones.
• Develop and maintain schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with client leadership to address blockers and adjust plans.
• Oversee multidisciplinary team and coordinate across business units, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions and client meetings.
• Report milestones and status, ensuring schedule compliance.
• Support training sessions and coordinate technical troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

The Archibus Implementation Lead will join a dynamic team supporting a global IT systems implementation at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of the Archibus Space Management module, ensuring project milestones are achieved, requirements are clearly defined, and cross-functional collaboration is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Day to day responsibilities may include

• Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, deliverables, and timelines for the Archibus Space Management module implementation.
• Maintaining and sustaining the global deployment phasing plan and schedule, coordinating with client leadership as needed on blockers and any necessary adjustments. Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful module deployment. Maintaining and updating technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Overseeing a multidisciplinary team, to include facilitating communication and coordination across business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, and external stakeholders.
• Preparing materials for internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings.
• Reporting milestones and status to internal team members and clients, providing schedule compliance and updates as needed.
• Supporting training sessions and technical troubleshooting coordination

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree
• FIVE (5) or more years' experience managing technical projects or software implementations
• Hands on experience developing and maintaining floorplans in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Ability to communicate technical BIM/CAD requirements clearly to non-technical audiences

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience working within the Department of State
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience deploying Archibus or similar IWMS application
• Experience working with data, especially as it relates to BIM

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
