Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft technical lead in McLean, VA to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions per client requirements across a structured project lifecycle. You will work with a project team to craft technical designs, write test plans, and deliver robust applications while ensuring data quality, security clearances, and compliance with federal requirements.

This role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD/public trust clearance;

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience.
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications or systems.
• Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations.
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query.
• Familiar with Portal Technology and Workflow.
• Extensive experience with writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules.

• Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

What You Will Do :

What You Will Need :

• US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications or systems
• Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query
• Familiar with Portal Technology and Workflow
• Extensive experience with writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
• Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Experience working in Federal environment
• Experience utilizing an issue tracking software such as JIRA and ServiceNow

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
