Description

Lancaster Archery Supply is an industry-leading archery distributor and retailer. In addition to our thriving phone and web-based sales center, we support a physical location with a pro shop and an archery training academy.

Job Responsibilities

The Pro Shop Archery Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with archery equipment purchases, offering advice on equipment selection, proper fit, shooting form, and range safety. The technician also handles bow setup, tuning, troubleshooting, and arrow building services. They assist customers at checkout and with warranty services. Technicians must maintain active knowledge of inventory and product updates.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
• Passion for archery as an all-encompassing sport, with experience in at least one discipline. (Please include all archery knowledge/experience when applying.)
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work two 4-8 hour shifts per week and at least 1 Saturday a month
