Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Archery to greet customers, demonstrate gear, and advise on purchases in a fast-paced retail setting in Aguadilla, PR. You will replenish shelves, maintain pricing, and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, product expertise, and teamwork with management and other staff to provide a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish and restock merchandise as required.
• Maintain pricing and signage for advertised sales.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• All other duties as assigned.
