Job summary

Easton Salt Lake Archery Center is seeking a part-time team member to help run entry level archery programs and support events at the Salt Lake facility. You will engage with players of all ages, help maintain equipment, and assist daily operations while upholding Easton Foundation values.

No prior archery experience is required as training is provided for USA Archery certifications and safety courses. Availability for evenings, weekends, and non-standard hours is needed; a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain level 2 USA Archery instructor certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain USA Archery judging certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First-Aid, etc. (training provided).
• Ability to lift targets and other items up to ~50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Archery Program Duties: Run entry level programs; embody the program’s principles; coach entry and basic level programs; assist with upkeep, maintenance, and organization of equipment; aid in engagement tracking; assist with events.
• Event Duties: Develop, logistics and execution of center events; assist in setup and breakdown; act as tournament judge when needed; assist with event scoring and registration; manage payments and outreach; support event marketing.
