Job summary

Easton Foundations is seeking an energetic, part-time team member to run entry level archery programs and support events at the Easton Newberry Archery Center. You will coach participants, help maintain equipment, and assist with program engagement and outreach.

No previous archery experience is required to apply, with on-the-job training provided for certifications and safety procedures. The role offers a flexible schedule and a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain Level 2 USA Archery instructor certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain USA Archery judging certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First-Aid, etc., (training provided).
• Be able to safely operate common power and hand tools.
• Must be able to work well with children, adults, and special needs persons.
• Must be able to work all scheduled hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and
• Work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run entry level programs.
• Embody the Easton Foundation program’s principles of fun, community, and balance.
• Coach entry and basic level programs.
• Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and organization of archery program equipment.
• Aid in program engagement tracking.
• Assist with the execution of group events.
• Assist with all other archery programs and activities as needed.
• Assist with event duties and outreach efforts.
