Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and outstanding customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms). The role emphasizes greeting customers, assessing needs, making product recommendations, and promoting in-store programs.

You will help maintain floor merchandising and pricing while staying knowledgeable about products. The position supports a busy retail environment with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and a legendary customer

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA knowledge or training preferred.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pick up.
• Maintain merchandise on the floor and ensure pricing/signage accuracy.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked; follow all policies.
