Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply, Inc. is seeking an energetic Archery Coach/Instructor to teach hands-on classes to beginners and advancing students. You will cover body alignment, shot execution, and feedback to help learners enjoy and improve in the sport.

Responsibilities include developing curriculum with outlines and visual aids, supporting Archery Academy events, and promoting sales through additional classes and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification.
• Experience teaching adults and children on an introductory level.
• Must be available to work Weekends and Evenings.

Responsibilities

• Teach instructional, hands-on archery classes to a diverse range of students.
• Provide complete instructions: body alignment, shot execution, muscle groups, corrections.
• Create and develop curriculum with outlines, visual aids and handouts for classes.
• Support Archery Academy events including tournaments, off-site demonstrations and leagues.
• Promote sales through additional classes and archery equipment to students.
