Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Archaeological Field Technician conducts extended pedestrian survey and in-field analysis.
• Performs shovel test pit (STP) and test unit excavations with documentation.
• Maintains field forms, maps, and site records for survey and testing projects.
• Provides general administrative and field support for NRHP evaluation and data recovery.
• Ensures safety and accurate field notes in remote field environments.
