A leading workforce solutions provider is looking for an Archaeological Field Technician in Texas. Responsibilities include performing archaeological field work, identifying artifacts, and conducting surveys under the supervision of a Senior Archaeologist. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least three months of field experience. This position offers $20 - $27 hourly depending on experience, with additional health and welfare benefits available.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License required.
Minimum of three months of field experience in survey, testing, and data recovery.
Familiarity with Phase I, II, and/or III work is needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct archaeological surveys and testing.
Identify historic and pre-contact artifacts.
Perform physically demanding tasks in adverse conditions.
