Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time night shift in Honolulu. You will provide professional nursing care to residents following facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include administering medications, transcribing physician orders, maintaining medication inventory, conducting physical assessments, and handling admissions/transfers/discharges in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current license as Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
  • Experience in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviation required.
  • First Aid and CPR preferred (can be done in-house).
