• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of energy efficiency principles, decarbonization strategies, and construction safety protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn project management software and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of risk management processes, including documentation and mitigation support.

Responsibilities

The Arch Energy Intern supports project teams in advancing energy and decarbonization objectives across various job sites. This role offers hands‑on experience in safety administration, risk monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and daily project documentation within a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
