Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks an Arch Energy Intern to support energy and decarbonization initiatives across field sites.

This in-person internship offers hands-on exposure to safety administration, risk monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and daily project documentation within a dynamic construction environment. You will work with project teams, assist in executing energy projects, participate in weekly meetings, and develop practical knowledge of sustainable construction practices

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of energy efficiency principles, decarbonization strategies, and construction safety protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn project management software and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of risk management processes, including documentation and mitigation support.
• Capable of managing project documentation, data collection, and subcontractor tracking.

Responsibilities

The Arch Energy Intern supports project teams in advancing energy and decarbonization objectives across various job sites. This role offers hand‑on experience in safety administration, risk monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and daily project documentation within a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
