Responsibilities

• Research problems, test solutions, and collaborate with analysts to solve cases
• Shadow experienced Technical Support Analysts by observing calls, troubleshooting, testing
• Deliver ArcGIS product presentations and a final internship project
• Explore IT concepts such as databases, web services, webhooks, and system architecture
