Job summary

You will build relationships with partners, present solutions, tailor deployments, and communicate best practices for deploying Esri tools across industries. Travel 25–50% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating maps, spatial analysis, and web apps with Esri tools.
• 1+ years in various industries.
• Understanding of ArcGIS in an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, virtualization, cloud).
• Experience in technical consulting and solution design; knowledge of sales processes.
• Experience with geodatabases and DBMS.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts (Azure or AWS).
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or related field.
• Visa sponsorship not available; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Troubleshooting Esri deployment and system architecture issues.
• Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, analytics.
• Experience incorporating real-time data streams with GIS and IT infra.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Master’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and support partner enablement strategies by integrating ArcGIS into offerings.
• Become a subject matter expert of partnering and ArcGIS; communicate Esri’s messages.
• Define and deliver solutions that show GIS value to partners and align Esri tech with business.
• Present technical demonstrations and design presentations for technical and non-technical partners.
