Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Every other weekend, AM/PM shifts
• Wound Care and Quad experience
• Assisting with breathing treatments
• Bowel program management
• Transfers using overhead Hoyer Lift
• Ileal conduit (Urostomy) experience
• Providing direct patient care
• Supervising HHA and CNA staff
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, or reliable transportation
• Michigan RN/LPN License without disciplinary actions
• Recent relevant homecare experience
• Current TB test, physical, and background check
